“Equipment” refers to electronic devices, IT assets, and other items handed over to Reloop Global for processing.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, the Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information regarding the type, quantity, and condition of equipment to be processed
Ensure that all equipment handed over is legally owned or that the Client has authority to dispose of it
Remove or back up any data prior to handover, where applicable, unless data destruction services have been engaged
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the disposal of electronic waste

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services is provided in writing through formal quotations or service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

All prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes
Invoices are payable within the period specified in the agreement
Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services
Reloop Global reserves the right to revise pricing for ongoing or recurring services with prior notice

Data Destruction and Confidentiality

Reloop Global follows internationally recognized standards for secure data destruction. While we apply rigorous controls and provide certificates of destruction where applicable, Clients remain responsible for ensuring that any sensitive data has been disclosed to us so that the appropriate destruction method is applied.

We treat all Client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to any third party except as required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.

Title and Risk

Title to any equipment handed over for recycling, resale, or destruction transfers to Reloop Global upon collection or receipt at our facility, unless otherwise specified in writing. Risk of loss or damage transfers in line with the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Environmental and Regulatory Compliance

Reloop Global operates in accordance with applicable UAE laws and international environmental standards. Where required, we provide documentation evidencing the lawful and responsible processing of equipment.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, logos, graphics, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Reloop Global and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reloop Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Reloop Global, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Force Majeure

Reloop Global shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions to logistics or utilities.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its specific terms. Reloop Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or services without notice in cases of misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Reloop Global is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any external sites.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
